As the Lead Case Manager at New Directions for Women, Dayna brings over a decade of experience working with individuals on their path to recovery. Dayna is passionate and dedicated to the client experience and ensuring each person receives the individual care they need. She is aligned with the core values of the organization and beliefs these same values guide the work she does with each client. Her focus is helping clients identify stories of connection and purpose. Dayna has a unique ability to connect with people and co-create a safe space. Dayna’s work with clients includes the individualized work with families, and family program facilitation. She believes in wellness for each person affected by the relationship with substances.
