New Directions for Women accepts admissions 24 hours a day into our  addiction treatment program. We understand that reaching out for help is difficult but it is the first step toward a life free from alcohol and other drugs. We are here to help you and your family member get the care they need. New Directions for Women is a place where recovery begins with love. If you or your loved one has a problem with alcohol or drugs, but like many, appears not to want help or feels that they do not need help, your situation is not hopeless. Admission Criteria

• 18 years of age or older (dependent children between 0-12 years of age)
• Primary diagnosis of drug and/or alcohol dependency
• Ambulatory
• 30 day commitment required upon admission
