William “Erikk” Hilgert, a native of Western Pennsylvania, is a hospitality and hotel professional with 40 years of leadership experience. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts, he has built his career around elevating guest experiences, strengthening operations, and creating innovative food and beverage programs for luxury hotels and resorts.
Over 36 years with a major hotel company, Erikk held numerous executive leadership roles, including General Manager and Regional Director of Operations. His work has centered on building high-performing teams, improving service standards, and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Today, entering semi-retirement Erikk has returned to where it all began: cooking and bringing smiles to people’s faces through heartfelt, memorable meals. His philosophy is simple:
