Starting in childcare, she later moved into compliance before advancing into her current role as Operations Manager, where she supports the structure and efficiency of program operations. Her professional journey within the organization demonstrates her adaptability, dedication, and comprehensive understanding of client-centered services. In her free time, Alicia can be found enjoying time with her husband and their chocolate lab, Lady.
