Casey Warren, Case Manager
Casey serves as a Case Manager, sharing her lived experience as an alumna of our program with current residents. Casey builds a relationship with each client to support them on their lifelong recovery journey, even after treatment is complete.
As Casey shares, “I came to New Directions scared, broken and beaten down. New Directions for Women showed me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Showed me how to love myself again. Showed me it was okay to be vulnerable and open up to others, especially the alumnae. When the alumnae would come and sit with us during a meeting, it gave me hope and strength to keep fighting. Now as our alumnae coordinator and care coordinator, I’m able to give back which makes my heart whole. I love being able to teach them what I’ve learned in sobriety and show them they are in a safe environment to get vulnerable. Seeing a patient grow and blossom is the reason I love my job.”
