Admissions

If You or Someone You Love Has an Alcohol or Drug Problem, Call Us Now!

New Directions for Women accepts admissions 24 hours a day into our program. We understand that reaching out for help is difficult but it is the first step toward a life free from alcohol and other drugs. We are here to help you and your family member get the care they need. New Directions for Women is a place where recovery begins with love. If you or your loved one has a problem with alcohol or drugs, but like many, appears not to want help or feels that they do not need help, your situation is not hopeless. Contact our Admissions Department and inquire about our Family Intervention services and referrals. [more info]

Admissions may also be arranged through direct transfer from local community hospitals and healthcare centers, as well as through your own private physician or therapist. Please contact us now Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST. We have a 24 hour helpline that can be reached at 1-800-93-WOMEN (800-939-6636).

Please review the cost for treatment and information regarding health insurance. [more info] Although New Directions for Women is recognized by many insurance companies, the entire program is usually not covered and therefore financial arrangements must be made prior to admission.
