Jeff Holbrook
Jeff Holbrook has been in the field of addictions counseling since  1988.  His  experience includes individual addictions counseling, group addictions counseling, planning and implementing  interventions, as well as  managing and administering  numerous outpatient programs for people suffering from  chemical dependency.  Most recently, Jeff has been the Executive Director of the Family Recovery Center in Idaho Falls, a facility he co-founded with his wife, Terra.

Jeff’s education includes an Alcohol/ Drug Treatment Certificate Program from the University of Utah Graduate School of Social Work.  He is certified as an Alcohol/Drug Abuse Counselor by the Idaho Board of Alcohol/Drug Counselors, and an International Certified Alcohol/ Drug Abuse Counselor by the Inter-national Reciprocity Consortium.  Jeff is a member of The Association of Intervention Specialists.

Jane Mintz
Jane Eigner Mintz, M.A, LPC,BRI-II,CAI holds a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated from Washington University with an degree in Clinical Psychology and is a graduate of Laurel School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Jane is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), a Board Registered Interventionist (BRI-II), a full member of the Association fo Intervention Specialists (AIS)and is a member of the National Association for Addiction Professionals (NAADAC). Jim Shelton James D. Shelton has been a professional in the treatment and recovery field for the past twenty-five years. Jim holds a Masters Degree from the University of North Texas in Addiction Studies and is certified as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, a Masters Addiction Counselor and a Loss and Grief Specialist. John Southworth John Southworth, CADC has been involved in the field of chemical dependence for over 20 years. He served on the Board of Directors for the Federation of State Physicians Health Programs under the auspices of the AMA and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Intervention Specialists. He has been the Coordinator of the Physician Recovery Network since 1993 as contracted with the Idaho Medical Association and Board of Medicine. He is also contracted with the Idaho State Board of Nursing, Board of Dentistry, and State Bar Association for similar recovery programs.
